What are cheering advertisements?

Support ads are advertisements placed by fans, rather than companies, driven by the desire to "place an ad to celebrate an artist's birthday with everyone!" or "place an ad to wish for a sports player's success with everyone!" to support their favorite figures. Originating from South Korean idol fan culture, this practice has also spread to Japan, where it is carried out through various methods, primarily using transit and outdoor advertising such as stations, trains, and billboards in the metropolitan area, as well as by decorating cafes in town or within commercial facilities and providing special cup holders.

OSAKA BLUTEON Cheering Advertisement Regulations

These regulations set forth the conditions for when you (hereinafter referred to as "Advertiser") place support advertisements (hereinafter referred to as "OSAKA BLUTEON Support Ads") related to the volleyball team "OSAKA BLUTEON" (hereinafter referred to as "OSAKA BLUTEON"), which is operated by Panasonic Sports Co., Ltd. When applying to place OSAKA BLUTEON Support Ads, please read the entire contents of these regulations and comply with the following items. Please note that by applying to place OSAKA BLUTEON Support Ads, you are deemed to have agreed to all of these regulations.

• * All matters concerning OSAKA BLUTEON cheering advertisements based on these regulations are operated by Panasonic Sports Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Panasonic Sports") by outsourcing to the JR East Marketing & Communications, Inc. jeki Cheering AD Office https://cheering-ad.jeki.co.jp/ (hereinafter referred to as the "jeki Cheering AD Office"). With the approval of Panasonic Sports, the jeki Cheering AD Office will handle application reception, provision of usable materials, review of advertisement content, authorization, and support.

Usable Materials

• ・The materials that can be used when placing OSAKA BLUTEON cheering advertisements (hereinafter referred to as "usable materials") are as follows.
  
  1. 1. Official promotional photos
  2. 2. "OSAKA BLUTEON" official logo
  3. 3. Mascot character "PAPPINESS" illustration
• ・Usable materials will be sent by the jeki Cheering AD Office. Please refrain from using materials obtained from SNS or websites, or materials taken by individuals.

Required Information

• ・Please include the copyright notice "©OSAKA BLUTEON" in a clearly visible position on the OSAKA BLUTEON cheering advertisement.
• ・Place the OSAKA BLUTEON mark in the upper left corner and comply with the logo regulations.
• ・Please limit the display of player photos to a maximum of 3 players. Also, when trimming photo materials, please ensure that the uniform shirt number or higher is displayed. If you wish to display 4 or more players, please use group photo materials.
• ・Regarding background colors, please refrain from using colors that are reminiscent of opposing teams.
• ・Please display the advertiser's pen name or similar identifier on the image, such as "FROM [Name]."

Attribution of Rights

• ・The copyright (including the rights under Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) of the OSAKA BLUTEON support advertisements created by the advertiser or a third party commissioned by the advertiser shall belong to Panasonic Sports or be transferred to Panasonic Sports immediately upon the creation of said advertisements.
• ・Regarding the OSAKA BLUTEON support advertisements created by the advertiser or a third party commissioned by the advertiser, the advertiser and the third party commissioned by the advertiser shall not exercise moral rights of the author against Panasonic Sports or any third party designated by the company.

• ※If the advertiser commissions a third party to create OSAKA BLUTEON support advertisements, the advertiser shall ensure that said third party complies with these regulations.

Prohibited Acts

• ・The publication of OSAKA BLUTEON support advertisements that fall under the following categories is prohibited.
  
  1. ① Works containing obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, political, cruel, or offensive expressions, or other expressions that violate laws or public order and morals.
  2. ② Works containing expressions that infringe upon the ownership, intellectual property rights (including copyrights), or privacy rights of Panasonic Sports or any other third party.
  3. ③ Other works containing expressions that the jeki Support Advertising Secretariat deems inappropriate. ・Please do not process, modify, trim, or change the color tone of the official promotional illustrations.
• ・Please do not use the available materials for any purpose other than the publication of OSAKA BLUTEON support advertisements.
• ・The jeki Support Advertising Secretariat may designate other acts deemed inappropriate as prohibited acts.
• ・If the jeki Support Advertising Secretariat determines that an act falls under the prohibited acts mentioned above, it may revoke the permission for the publication of the OSAKA BLUTEON support advertisement, even after such permission has been granted.

Disposal of materials

• ・The advertiser and any third party designated by the advertiser must promptly discard or delete the usable materials provided by us or the jeki Cheering AD Secretariat after the advertisement display period has ended.
• ・Saving or reusing the provided materials, or using them for any purpose other than the advertisement display, is prohibited.

Disclaimer

• ・The advertiser shall place the OSAKA BLUTEON cheering advertisement at their own responsibility.
• ・Panasonic Sports and the jeki Cheering AD Secretariat shall not be held liable for any disputes that may arise between the advertiser and any third party regarding the placement of the OSAKA BLUTEON cheering advertisement, regardless of the cause.
• ・Even if the advertiser incurs any damages resulting from the placement of the OSAKA BLUTEON cheering advertisement, Panasonic Sports and the jeki Cheering AD Secretariat shall not be held liable for any reason.

Other notes

• ・Minors are not permitted to place advertisements.
• ・Organized crime group members, etc. (organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, persons who have not yet passed five years since ceasing to be members of organized crime groups, quasi-members of organized crime groups, and other equivalent persons) are not permitted to place cheering advertisements.
