The team got off to a promising start in the early stages with Nishida's spikes and Yamauchi's blocks, creating an ideal flow by showing tenacity in rebounds and defense to build their attacks.
Furthermore, they took a 10-7 lead with Nakamoto's fast-paced attacks, and continued to score while withstanding the opponent's powerful serves.
Although they were tied at 13-13 after being disrupted by serves midway through, they took a timeout and resumed stable play to score consecutive points and extend their lead.
After passing the 20-point mark, a service ace from Nishida helped fend off the opponent's counterattack, and they took the set 25-22.

Shimizu entered the game in place of the injured Imamura, and the team played with a unique formation, including Nishida participating in serve reception. Additionally, Yamauchi contributed to consecutive points with two blocks and his serve, helping the team find their rhythm and turn the set into a close contest.
Afterward, they took a 14-12 lead thanks to a spike from Nakamoto and a service ace from Nishikawa that landed right on the line, and they maintained the advantage through defensive transitions and Yamauchi's quick attacks.
After the 20-point mark, although there were moments where they were pressured by serves, they held their lead by overpowering the opponent with Nishida's spikes and serves.
Despite allowing a comeback at the very last moment, they showed tenacity until the end to turn the tables again, with Nishida scoring the crucial points to take the set 27-25 and secure consecutive set wins.

Shimizu remained on the court for the third set, and Nishida actively participated in serve reception from the outside hitter position.
With calm reception from the start, the team built stable attacks from setter Nakamura, extending their lead to 9-5 and forcing the opponent to call a timeout.
Continuing to disrupt the opponent with strategic serves to create opportunities and scoring consecutive points, the block and defense system functioned perfectly, successfully keeping pressure on the opponent and maintaining a significant lead at 17-10.
Even after reaching the final stages at 20-12, the team created highlights such as Nishida's back-row attack and Ikeshiro's defensive contributions, piling on points to take the set 25-18 and secure a 3-0 straight-set victory.

Regarding our 3-0 win today, I think we took a big step forward compared to yesterday.
The team's blocking and defense also improved significantly.
There are always signs that ignite the fighting spirit in any match, aren't there?
I am very satisfied with how everyone fought on the court today.
In particular, when Nishida moved to OH in the second set, it was an unusual formation, but that irregularity seemed to ignite our fighting spirit even more. It was a crucial moment where the whole team fought together to overcome the situation.
I am glad we were able to show our sponsors and the fans in Thailand our winning form over these two matches.
I want to use the confidence gained from these victories and continue to work hard once we return to Hirakata.

Comments from Yamauchi after the match
Perhaps neither team had their best lineup for today's match, but I think we were able to perform to the best of our ability under those circumstances.
There were some accidents, and Nishida had to play the outside hitter position, but it was great that we were able to adapt our roles to the situation and test our blocking and defensive systems as a whole team. Since there is a non-zero possibility that situations where we play out of our usual positions like today will arise in the future, this was a good, interesting, and fun match where we were able to embody the idea of facing the same direction as a team and playing to win, no matter the circumstances.
